  • Unopened and unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 5 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice number from NUUD Pleasure's website (https://nuudpleasures.com/).
  • Opened products are covered by our 30-day Worry-Free Guarantee: return the product at least half full within 30 days of delivery and we will issue you a gift card to try something else from our store. This applies to your first-time purchase of the specific product, U.S. orders only. See our Guarantee page (https://nuudpleasures.com/pages/guarantee) for full terms. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

2. Missing Orders/Product:

If you did not receive your NUUD order or any item(s) are missing from your shipment, please follow these steps:

  • Notify NUUD within 5 days of the original purchase date.
  • Provide your order details and a description of the issue.
  • We will either reship the missing item(s) or refund the price of the item(s), based on your preference.

3. Defective Product Returns:

In the rare event that you receive a defective item from NUUD, we want to make it right. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Contact NUUD within 5 days of the original purchase date to report the issue.
  • Provide information about the defect and any relevant details.
  • You will have the option to receive a full refund or a replacement item, including an item(s) of equal value.
  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your statement.
