01 Muira Puama 1 human study, centuries of use ▾
The Amazon's "potency wood." In a published one-month study of 202 women with low sex drive, 65 percent reported measurable improvement in desire and sexual activity on a muira puama blend.
The honest asterisk: that study ran without a placebo group, which makes it weaker evidence than the Tribulus trials above. We count it as promising rather than settled, and that is exactly how we would want you to read it.

02 Tribulus Terrestris 3 placebo-controlled trials ▾
The strongest human evidence in the formula. In a 4-week randomized, double-blind trial, premenopausal women with low desire scored significantly higher than placebo on desire, arousal, lubrication, and satisfaction. In a 90-day trial, postmenopausal women reported desire and sexual interest of 10.2 versus 7.6 for placebo, and a third randomized trial measured improved desire across 120 days. Side effects matched placebo in all three.
One honest footnote: in the 90-day trial, the orgasm-and-satisfaction score did not separate from placebo. Real evidence has edges, and we would rather show you them.
